Amazing views, but some quirks
Woke up every morning to breathtaking views of Lake Geneva from my room. The spacious layout and charming decor enhanced our stay, creating a relaxing environment for the family.
I was slightly disappointed by the limited menu for breakfast. Although the quality was good, a larger variety would have made it much more enjoyable.

The location right by the lakeside promenade was breathtaking, creating a perfect backdrop for our stay. The breakfast selections were truly delightful, featuring an array of fresh fruits, cheeses, and pastries. The staff was exceptional, always immaculately dressed and ready to assist with anything we needed, including organizing local transportation and tourist information.
Our room lacked air conditioning, which would have made the warm days more comfortable, but a fan was provided to help mitigate this.

Request a room with a balcony for breathtaking views over Lake Geneva. It's a stunning experience, particularly at sunrise.

breathtaking views from lake-facing rooms, unique historical character, strategic location by Lake Geneva
Staff responsiveness requires significant improvement!!! A hotel shuttle would enhance guest convenience. The carpets and furnishings could use a serious upgrade, as they feel tired and worn-out!!!

Amazing views and comfy stay
We loved the stunning views of Lake Geneva from our room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making us feel at home. The breakfast was decent, especially the pastries. A small bummer was the furniture in our room felt a bit dated. Still, the AC was a lifesaver after a hot day out!

Family with children will love this place
The views were absolutely mind-blowing from our room, it was like living in a postcard. And when we called the front desk for a kettle, they just brought it to us without any charge. The staff were just so genuinely friendly.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you pay for what you get, and it was worth it.

I enjoyed the stunning lake views from my room, which made my stay quite special. the hotel could greatly benefit from updated decor and improved air conditioning to enhance guest comfort. While the dining experience was pleasant, some menu items felt overpriced.

The environment is enchanting with a lovely Belle Epoque building directly on the lakefront. The lake-view room offered breath-taking views, especially from the balcony, enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant provided quality dining with well-prepared dishes and a warm atmosphere, though the lighting could be adjusted for a cozier feel.
The hotel shows signs of aging, requiring updates, especially in room decor and communal spaces.
